Even if you have a perfect diet which you probably do not, you will be shooting yourself in the foot by not getting out there each day to exercise.

At the end of the day, your health is critical. If you have high diastolic blood pressure, go see a doctor, and they will probably be able to share some high blood pressure diets with you. That will definitely help, but remember, you really need to get exercise if you truly want to lower it.
